Dr. Ameya Rangnekar
Dr. Ameya Rangnekar born & brought up in Madhya Pradesh coming from family of doctors had immense interest in medical science right from childhood.
His journey in medical field began with an outstanding academic record. He was in top district merit list in 10th CBSE board from St. Joseph’s Convent School, Ratlam.
He was selected into MBBS in first attempt itself with completion of 12th boards from DAV school Kota. During MBBS he received Gold Medal in Biochemistry from Devi Ahilya University,Indore.
Dr. Rangnekar further honed his skills by DNB in Orthopaedic Surgery from Choithram Hospital, Indore under National Board of Education, New Delhi. His interest in spine surgery from beginning turned him towards fellowship in Spine Surgery.
He was trained in Minimal Invasive Spine Surgery at premiere imstitutes like Lilavati Hospital, Bombay Hospital, Breach Candy Hospital, Saifee Hospital, Kokilaben Dhirubai Ambani Hospital at Mumbai.
He further finished his fellowship in endoscopic spine surgery at Bharatratna Babasaheb Ambedkar Railway Hospital, Byculla. After that he travelled to Indian Spinal Injuries Centre New Delhi for further training. Having completed his fellowship in India, Dr. Rangnekar travelled to Klinikum rechts der Isar, Munich in Germany for Navigation and Robotic Spine surgery training.
Dr. Rangnekar has huge interest in academics and has 10+ publications in national as well as international journals and is routinely a presentor at spine conferences.

His proficiency encompasses a wide range of spine surgeries, from minimally invasive procedures to complex deformity corrections.
Dr. Rangnekar is actively involved in teaching and research. He has conducted clinical tutorials and classroom lectures for physiotherapy students and taught postgraduate residents the basics of spine surgery. His research work includes numerous publications and presentations at national and international conferences. Notably, he has published articles on minimally invasive spine surgery and presented papers on various spine-related topics, contributing significantly to the field’s body of knowledge.
